Who we are
Paolo Loraso Photography (“we”, “us”) is a photography business based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. For any privacy question, contact us at info@paololoraso.com or 01782 374019.
What we collect
- Enquiry & brochure requests: your name, nursery name, email, phone, postal address (if you ask for a printed brochure) and any message you send us.
- Photography: photographs of children taken at nursery sessions, which we only take and use with the appropriate parental consent obtained through the nursery.
- Website usage: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (see “Cookies & analytics” below).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, send a brochure, and discuss working with your setting.
- To deliver our photography service and make our images available to order.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our website is used so we can improve it.
Our lawful bases are your consent (where you submit a form or consent to photography) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with (processors)
- Web3Forms, processes our website form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- ShootProof, hosts our photo galleries and handles photo orders and payments (their own terms and privacy policy apply to purchases).
- Cloudflare, hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
Children’s images
Photographs of children are only taken and published with the parental consent gathered via the nursery. If you would like an image withdrawn, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Cookies & analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track or identify individual visitors, so no cookie banner is required. The site stores a single preference in your browser’s local storage (your chosen colour theme); it is not used for tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your request and our ongoing relationship, after which it is deleted. Photographs are retained in line with our agreement with each nursery.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact info@paololoraso.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
