Ordering questions.
Where do I find my gallery number and password?
Your nursery provides a gallery number and password, usually on a slip sent home or by email. If you can’t find it, your nursery can re-send it, or just get in touch and we’ll help.
When will I receive my order?
Prints and other physical items are delivered free to your nursery within around 10 days of the proof deadline. Digital downloads are emailed to you within 5 working days. If you’d prefer items sent to your home, choose Royal Mail Tracked delivery (around 7 days) for a small postage charge.
I’ve missed the deadline, can I still order?
Yes. You can still order after the deadline using home delivery, with a small postage fee for physical items. Digital downloads are emailed to you with no extra charge.
Can my photos be edited?
Yes, we offer an editing service. Just add your request in the “Notes to Studio” box at checkout (for example, removing blemishes or scratches) and we’ll take care of it for you.
What can I order?
Prints, keyrings, magnets, poster prints, USBs, gifts and digital downloads, starting from £6.85.
